See overview plan in Bid attachments Tab. General Scope of Project: a. Demolition of the existing pre-2001 central plant piping and equipment. b. Demolition of the existing redwood cooling tower. c. Installation of new chillers, pumps, and associated valves and piping. d. Re-piping of the existing central plant to be a variable primary configuration. e. Reconfiguration of piping to allow for simultaneous operation of either plant/cooling tower. f. Installation of variable frequency drives (VFDs) on the existing and new chillers. g. Coordinate with ALC contractor for upgrade to existing system
