The City of Desert Hot Springs requests proposals from qualified professional engineering consultants to complete a City-Wide Pavement Management Program/Plan with Corresponding Report. Services and products to be rendered in performing all work associated with project development may include, but may not be limited to: A. A current inventory of all public roadways - Table with road segments, ratings, etc. B. The current pavement condition for all public roadways - Pavement Condition Index (PCI) Report with Ratings, Methodology Report, and Field Summary C. A project listing of all pavements needing maintenance, rehabilitation, or replacement - Table with recommendations and priority projects D. A forecast of budget needs for maintenance, rehabilitation, or replacement of deficient sections of pavement for a 5-year Capital Improvement Program - Table with recommendations and priority projects. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
