The objective of this project is to stabilize and restore the exterior of the Iron Master’s House, also known as the Samuel T. Smith House, at the Waterloo Village Historic Site in Byram Township, NJ. The stabilization will include but not be limited to, the repair/replacement of the roofs, siding, windows, structural framing, exterior trim, porches, and chimneys.
