Reference Number 0000359404 Purchase Type Duration: 3 years Bid Intent Optional Bid Intent Deadline 08/30/2024 08:00 PM EDT The Altadena Library District (ALD) is currently seeking proposals from interested, highly qualified and experienced janitorial services firms with experience and qualifications to provide cleaning and custodial services for the Altadena Main Library, located at 600 E. Mariposa Street, and the Bob Lucas Memorial Library, located at 2659 Lincoln Ave, both in Altadena, California. The Altadena Main Library is expected to remain open until May 2025. At that time the library will be closed for renovations for 14 - 20 months. The Bob Lucas Library is currently closed for renovations. It is expected to open in May 2025. All renovation timelines are subject to change. Cleaning and custodial services are only to be provided for the library that is open. The janitorial service firms' fees will only apply to the library that is open. The Main Library is open 6 days a week and is a two-story building that is approximately 26,000 square feet. The Bob Lucas Library will be open 7 days a week and will be approximately 2,800 square feet once renovations are completed.
