Concepts could include a variety of items including, but not limited to, the following; new lighting (interior & exterior), recommendation of light fixtures, light color, locations, lighting controls, all paint color selection for the walls, ceilings, and columns, and any artistic elements, including the use of any graphics on walls, lobbies, windows or other structural design elements or accoutrements (music, landscaping or art). All concepts must take into consideration the City's wayfinding and interior garage signage proposals as provided by Corbin Design.
