Bid security by a quality surety in the form of a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid amount shall be submitted with the Bid. The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a contract with Birmingham Public Schools. The successful bidder shall pay all taxes required by law.
