Lucas Housing Services Corporation (LHSC) is seeking bids from qualified, licensed and bonded Contractors to provide maintenance services to homes in the City of Toledo, Ohio. These services may include, but are not necessarily limited to general maintenance, debris removal, tree and shrub maintenance, painting, flooring, roof, siding & gutter siding repair, drywall repair, light carpentry and other services. Offerors will submit bids to enter into a one (1) year agreement with LHSC (the "Agreement") with an option by LHSC to extend for four (4) subsequent one-year contract renewals. Question Deadline 08/28/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Submit all questions to Scott Noonan snoonan@lucasmha.org Licensing. Submit under Tab 1 a copy of your "current" Toledo Home Remodeling License that is required to perform this type of work. Provide all current licenses & certifications. Right to Reject, Waive, or Terminate the IFB. Reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the IFB process, or to terminate the IFB process at any time, if deemed by LHSC to be in its best interests.
