Plumbing Supplies on a Requirements Basis Contact: Kimberly Porter kimberly.porter@multco.us There is no pre-bid conference for this Sourcing Event. All items will be either picked up by County personnel or delivered by common carrier. As a result, neither commercial general liability nor auto insurance are required. Communication: Bidder shall provide either a phone number or email address for County to communicate with bidder during bidder's non-business hours if bidder is awarded a contract. Contract Conditions: Contractor shall replace any and all items on the receiving invoice that are missing within two (2) business days of original delivery. Contractor shall credit County for damaged or expired dated items. Additional Charges: No additional charges above the bid prices shall be invoiced without prior approval from the County Contract Term: The contract term shall be five (5) years unless otherwise specified at time of contracting Any Bid may be withdrawn at any time prior to the time fixed for receipt of Bids, by selecting the withdraw option in the Sourcing Event. The Bidder or a duly authorized representative must execute the request. Withdrawal of a Bid will not prejudice the right of the Bidder to file a new Bid. All Bids shall be irrevocable for thirty (30) calendar days from the day of opening. The County reserves the right to waive technical defects, discrepancies and minor irregularities, or not to award a contract when it finds such action to be in the public interest. Bids may be rejected if they show any alteration of form, additions not called for, conditional Bids, incomplete Bids, erasures, or irregularities of any kind.
