The initial term of the awarded Purchase Order is anticipated to be one (1) year. ii. The CDOC is not responsible for any goods delivered or services performed by the awarded Offeror without a State issued Purchase Order. This Scope of Work describes the deliverables sought through this DQ and the scope of what the awarded Offeror will be expected to offer through the Contract or Purchase Order resulting from this DQ. The Scope of Work is intended to provide interested Offerors with sufficient basic information to submit a quote. It is not intended to limit a quote's content or exclude any relevant or essential data The Offeror must have the capability and experience to execute the following repairs to the boiler. a. Remove all 191 existing tubes. b. Prior to the installation of the new tubes, the Offeror will need to prepare all surfaces in accordance with industry standards. c. The Offeror will be responsible to verify size, quantity, and specifications of needed materials. d. The Offeror will need to provide and install 109 tubes, SA-178-A-ERW, 2.0 OD x .105 wall 11'10" long, and install 82 tubes, SA-178-A-ERW, 2.0 OD x .105 wall, 13'9" long. e. All welding must be completed by an R-Stamp certified welder. f. After re-tubing is completed, Offeror will need to do a pressure test, and provide all applicable inspections, and certifications. g. Offeror will need to provide a timeframe for completion of this project.
