Project Description Repair and refurbish the parking lot of Pueblo Community College's Fremont Campus in Canon City. Scope of Services Scope for this project shall be to replace, patch and or seal coat existing Parking lot and repaint all striping along with ADA and loading area parking. Provide Base bid cost of the following for Area 1. 6 inch remove and replace patching at failing locations 1500 sf allowance. Mill remaining 5,200 SF with 3-inch mill. Clean apply tack and add new 3-inch top layer asphalt. Crack Fill clean and seal coat remaining 28,500 sf. Restripe per existing layout. Provide min 8 inches of class 6 basecourse at failed areas. Provide add alternate 1 cost for Area 2 Provide approx. 1000 SF of full 6-inch removal where pavement has failed. Replace it with 6-inch asphalt. Provide crack fill and two coats of sealcoat for the remaining 24,000 sf. Restripe per existing layout. Provide min 8 inches of class 6 basecourse at failed areas. Provide add alternate 2 for Area 3 Provide approx. 10,000 SF of 6-inch removal where pavement has failed. Replace it with a 6-inch asphalt patch. Provide crack seal and two coats of sealcoat on remaining 20,400 SF of parking lot. Provide min 8 inches of class 6 basecourse at failed areas. Provide unit prices to patch 6-inch asphalt at Entrance and exit Road. Per SF of area. Provide Unit price to crack seal and two coats of sealcoat per SF for the asphalt at entrance and exit road.
