Renovation of a detention facility in Canon City, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Reference Number 0000364202 Estimated Construction Cost: $3,700,000.00 The existing 0.19 MG South Storage Tank at the East Canon City Prison Complex (ECCPC) in Canon City, CO, is planned for replacement with a 1.6 MG welded steel storage tank. The finished floor of the new tank is planned for construction below the grade of the existing tank. The existing 0.19 MG will be removed and stored on the East Canon City Prison Complex (ECCPC) for later use. In general, the work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment (with the exception of OWNER supplied equipment, if applicable) and incidentals, and performing all construction, installation, and testing of improvements, modifications, and additions described or specified on the Contract Drawings or in the Project Manual.
