Renovation of a detention facility in Canon City, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,056-square-foot detention facility.
Reference Number: 0000364725 Project Summary. Four Mile Correctional Center is located at the CDOC Canon City Complex. The Administration building is covered with an insulated adhered EPDM roof system. This older roof system is now leaking. This project entails removing the old EPDM roofing system and installing a new insulated adhered EPDM roof system. The work covers a roof area of 5,056 sf. Note that this is a secure facility and security protocols must be followed during the project. The following trades are anticipated for the work. The security shall be a bond by a surety company, the equivalent in cash, or otherwise supplied in a form satisfactory for the State. Noncompliance requires the bid to be rejected as nonresponsive
