Demolition and site work for a residential development in Thurmont, Maryland. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
All submissions must be made online via this portal. Question Deadline 08/16/2024 at 3 :00 PM ET 2SCOPE OF WORK This Scope of Work includes the following components with respect to the Property: 1. Obtain all necessary permitting, demolition, septic abandonment, etc. 2. Hire a consultant qualified in inventorying and assessing historic properties to complete a Maryland Historical Trust (MHT) Maryland Inventory of Historic Properties Form. 3. Licensed plumber shall properly disconnect water and sewer prior to demo. Water shall be properly capped at the source. Well will be repurposed for water treatment plant at later date. 4. Removal and disposal of asbestos in accordance with State of Maryland Asbestos Abatement Specifications and the federal Clean Air Act (and all implementing regulations). Documentation of proper disposal shall be provided upon completion of the work. 5. Demolition and removal of the existing structures to including but not limited to house, foundation (18 below grade), parking slab, concrete sidewalk and stairs.
