This RFP is issued according to the regulations of the Town of Thurmont Preparation of proposals by any prospective bidder is made at bidder expense. Acceptance of any Proposal is made at the discretion of the Town. The Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the Town of Thurmont reserve the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept such proposals as may, in their judgment, be in the best interest of the Town.
