Three interconnected projects at the Outer Harbour Marina (OHM): Dock Electrical Feeder Renewal, OHM Electrical Condition and Capacity Study, and OHM Dockwall Rehabilitation Program. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals has been issued by the owner. PortsToronto is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced consultant to undertake design and engineering services and create one construction tender. The intent of this document will be to guide PortsToronto on these undertakings, through assessing any possible design alternatives as needed, completing the design and construction tender documents, preparing construction cost estimates through various stages of the design, assessing project risks and develop mitigation strategies and ensuring construction can occur with the least possible impact on the ongoing operations of the OHM. Enquiries must be directed in writing prior to August 12 2024 04:00:00 PM EDT. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
