Renovation of a municipal facility in Stanton, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials to complete the Powell County EMS project. The following bids are requested: BID PACKAGE #2 GENERAL TRADES BID PACKAGE #3 GYPSUM BOARD & CEILINGS BID PACKAGE #4 RESILIENT TILE FLOORING & BASE BID PACKAGE #5 CERAMIC TILE BID PACKAGE #6 PAINTING BID PACKAGE #7 PLUMBING & HVAC BID PACKAGE #8 ELECTRICAL Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Bond. The contract will include liquidated damages assessed at $1000/day if the completion date is not met. Successful Bidders are required to furnish a 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond for this Project.
