Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in West Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
This project is to furnish all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor, transportation, and material necessary to perform the work associated with removal and replacement of the existing roof of Shed 7 at the Port of West Sacramento. o Demolition: Remove down to the existing deck and dispose of roofing material, underlayment, any any associated debris on the entirety of Shed 7. o Replace/install approximately 100,000SF of roofing material in compliance with the California Building Code requirements. o replace any and all flashing as required. o Complete site clean-up of all construction and demolition debris to include but not limited to old roofing and sheeting, underlayment, screws, nails, and other debris. o Disposal must comply with state and city construction debris recycling requirements. o Please see Attachment A for Asbestos Report for any necessary abatement required for Air Quality Clearance. o Obtain required building permits and inspections through the City's Building Division. Question Deadline 10/01/2024 at 5:00 PM PT The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any and all Proposals, no matter their level of responsiveness, or to cancel this ITB in its entirety.
