Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The Project includes the following Work: Water Treatment Plant: Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for construction of a water treatment plant that includes: excavation; backfilling; grading; 36'x42' pre-engineered metal building addition; site and building concrete work; architectural work; masonry block construction; process piping; mechanical and electrical equipment; valves, hydrants, & appurtenances; 150 gpm nitrate treatment and regeneration equipment (pre negotiated by Owner); automated liquid chlorine injection equipment; two centrifugal high service pumps; bathroom/office equipment; generator; existing pressure control shack removal and demolition; on-site raw water tank and appurtenances; on-site nitrate waste tank and appurtenances; piping; gravel surfacing; grass seeding; erosion control; well piping and electrical improvements; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Alternates: Replace bolted steel raw water and nitrate waste water tanks with glass-fused-tosteel bolted tanks; installation of sealant on water treatment plant concrete floors; supply and installation of office room furniture; and all other appurtenant work required to complete the proposed alternates.
