Pre-Qualification: Yes The project consists of location 1: On Rd R, a 1" mill and 2" HMA overlay on, starting at the intersection with US-54, then proceeding west and north eight and nine tenth (8.9) miles to US-160. At location 2: On Meade Lake Rd, a 1.5" mill and 3" HMA overlay, starting at the intersection with US-54, then proceeding east five and one-half (5.5) miles to the Meade County line. At Location 3: On V Rd, a 1" mill and 2" HMA overlay, starting at the intersection with Meade Lake Rd, then proceeding north two and one-half (2.5) miles to US-54, and on Rd 16, starting at the intersection with T Rd, then proceeding east one and one-half (1.5) miles to the south end on the Kismet Main St curve. At location 4: On Kismet Main St, a 2" mill and 2" HMA overlay on Kismet Main St for the center 24' driving lanes, starting at the intersection with US-54, then proceeding north zero and six tenths (0.6) miles to the south end of the curve with Rd 16. Add alternate 1: At location 4: On Kismet Main St, a 2" mill and 2" HMA overlay on Kismet Main St for the outside 8'on both sides, starting at the intersection with US-54, then proceeding north zero and six tenths (0.6) miles to the south end of the curve with Rd 16. At location 5: On Rd J, a 1" mill and 2" HMA overlay on, starting at the intersection with Rd I, then proceeding north seven and one-half (7.5) miles to K-190. At location 6: On Larabee Rd, a 1" mill and 2" HMA overlay on, starting at the Oklahoma State Line, then proceeding north one and one-half (1.5) miles to US-160.
