**As of September 24, 2024 , This project has been awarded to O.C. Quality Custom Homes LLC., with the awarded amount of $859,749.53.** All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, certified check, or other security in the amount of 5% (five per cent) of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Solicitations from qualified minority and women owned businesses, firms and individuals are encouraged by Seward County. This encouragement does not infer preference and all solicitations will be evaluated equally. All purchases shall give preference to Seward County merchants when applicable. Award shall be made to the best bidder within Seward County when the amount is not more than five percent (5%) higher than the best out-of-county bid. Work consists of but not limited to, flooring, paint, ceilings, lights, exterior painting, exterior concrete site work and other misc. work.
