Fence Specifications: 4-foot tall, bolt down, 9 gauge chain link fencing with top rail Total length: 1,225 feet including specified gates Two (2) 4-foot walk through gates Two (2) 10-foot swing gates joined to create a 20-foot opening Fencing and plates must be galvanized Plates must be welded to the post using a galvanized weld Anchor bolts must be stainless steel Contact Person: Brian Fornwalt, Airport Manager - (620) 626-0188 or email: brian.fornwalt@cityofliberal.org Qualifications: Qualified bidders must carry appropriate certificates of insurance. Storage and handling of all materials must be in a manner which prevents additional loss, deterioration and damage. The City requires a current City of Liberal Contractors and business license. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The City does not pre-pay for projects. Terms will be negotiated prior to signing a formal contract. The City will obtain any necessary permits. The project is subject to inspection by the City of Liberal Building and Code Enforcement department.
