Bid Title: Invitation to Bid - Courthouse Landscape Category: Seward County Bids Status: Open Description: The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas, will accept sealed bids for one (1) Courthouse Landscape Project. A complete set of project information and bid specifications may be obtained at the Seward County Clerk's Office in the County Administration Building or the Seward County Landfill in Liberal, Kansas.
