Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Liberal, Kansas. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a transportation facility; and transportation facility.
Project consists of a dedicated transit operation facility with drive-through bays for vehicle storage as well as office space for staff. F. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for a General Contract (all trades). The national goal for participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) is 10%. A separate contract goal of 3.0% DBE participation has been established for this procurement. Submit bid security with each Bid in the stipulated form and in the amount identified in the Instructions to Bidders. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
