The District is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide lawn and landscape maintenance services at the Districts wastewater treatment facility site and associated grounds, River Center and various lift station sites throughout the Districts service area. The Districts service area generally includes Jupiter, Request a and Juno Beach, along with unincorporated areas within northern Palm Beach County and southern Martin County. All lawn and landscape maintenance services shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the Invitation to Bid (ITB). The District reserves the right to determine material elements of the Bid and to award the Contract, if at all, to the lowest, qualified, responsive, and responsible Bidder. Question Deadline: 08/23/2024 at 3:30 PM ET All site visits and any questions shall be completed/submitted . The Bidder shall hold its Bid open for acceptance by the District for a period of not less than ninety (90) calendar days following the date of the Bid opening. The District further reserves the right to reject any and all Bids; to not proceed with the Project; and/or to waive any irregularities contained in a Bid.
