The City of Richmond hereby requests a proposal for the tree and stump removal located at Maurice Roberts Park, 900 East Main Street, Richmond, Missouri 64085. Specifications shall include, but is not limited to: o Total removal of five (5) trees within the park o Total removal of existing stumps from previous tree removal o All trees to be completely removed and backfilled for reseeding o All stumps shall be removed or ground below grade and backfilled for seeding. All inquiries regarding submitting a proposal should be directed to: City Clerk 816/776-5304, ext. 103 cityclerk@cityofrichmondmo.org Inspection of project site must be scheduled and coordinated with Haley Williams, hwilliams@cityofrichmondmo.org, 816-776-5304 ext. 116. Bidders visiting the project site shall be responsible for their own safety. Bid Bond not required Performance Bond not required Payment Bond not required The City of Richmond reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all proposals and/or cancel this RFP, all without any obligation to the City. The City shall select the bidder which, based upon its response to this RFP, it regards to be the best qualified, responsible, and capable of performing the desired work in a timely fashion at the lowest price.
