A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Port St Lucie Parks and Recreation Department seeks to contract with a qualified Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") to provide preconstruction and construction phase services for the Construction of The Phase 1 Torino Regional Park Project. The City of Port St. Lucie reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities or irregularities, to negotiate with any qualified Proposers, and to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal as it may deem to be in the best interest of the citizens of the City.
