The purpose of this solicitation is to secure a qualified design-build team for the design and construction of the Eastside Maintenance Facility to the Lakeland Area Mass Transit District, also known as the District, and/or other state and local governmental entities within Polk County, Florida. The District only recognizes DBE status based on whether the firm has attained certification from the Florida Department of Transportation's Unified Certification Program (UCP) prior to contract award.
