Construction Services for a Medical Office Building Notice of request for qualifications and proposal for a General Contractor and their required services of a new construction, single story, 14,684 sf medical office building and the demolition of the existing clinic building and associated out buildings and generator on site located at 916 Dundee Rd. Dundee, Florida 33838. The project will be in 2 phases of construction as the existing clinic will continue to remain open while the new building is being constructed. The General Contractor will be expected to assemble sub-contractors with expertise and certifications in the construction of medical office buildings and site work and also to include such services such as permitting, managing budget, construction management of meeting agendas, site meetings, minutes, RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, samples, construction reports, schedule, training of systems, quality control, job site safety, coordination of delivery and Owner consultants, punch walk and execution of punch list, close out and final cost reconciliation.
