The Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors to establish a contract to furnish Custodial Services for selected CCBC Extension Centers as detailed in this solicitation. Custodial services shall commence on/about October 1, 2024, at Owings Mills, Floors 1-6 and the Liberty Center in Randallstown. CCBC consists of three campuses and three extension centers under the administration of a President: Catonsville, 800 South Rolling Road, Baltimore, MD 21228; Dundalk, 7200 Sollers Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21222; Essex, 7201 Rossville Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21237; Hunt Valley Center, 11101 McCormick Road, Hunt Valley, MD 21031; Owings Mills Center, 10300 Grand Central Avenue, Owings Mills, MD 21117; and the Randallstown Center, 3637 Offutt Road, Randallstown, MD 21133. This Contract shall be for a period of one (1) year. CCBC shall have the option to extend the Contract for up to four (4) additional one (1) year optional terms. In the event CCBC elects to exercise one or more of the said options, the Contractor shall be notified in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current term of the Contract.
