Liching View Drive Brine Tank Project Bid Proposals accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit will require a subsequent Contract Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Contract. All provisions of the Ohio Revised Code as it relates to bid guarantees, conditions, liabilities, and withdrawal o( a Bid Proposal are applicable to this Contract. The Bidder that is awarded the Contract for the Project must supply a statement of any delinquent property taxes with Licking County. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the bid and all persons interested therein and shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person or company interested in the business. The bid must be made on the forms provided in the Conlract Documents, or a copy thereof, with a price quote for the Work on a unit cost basis, with labor and materials costs to be stated separately. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the City of Heath, Ohio reserves the right to waive if regularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine Bidder responsibility.
