Rehabilitate Runway 9/27 Lighting and Replace Runway 9/27 Reils for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work necessary for REHABILITATE RUNWAY 9/27 LIGHTING AND REPLACE RUNWAY 9/27 REILS. This work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of the existing runway edge lighting system and runway end identifier lights. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the amount stated and payable to the order of the Owner. The Bid security shall be in the form of either A. A Bid Bond for the full amount of the Bid issued by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Ohio, or B. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit. Letter of credit shall be revocable only at the option of the Owner. The amount of the certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit shall be equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid. Bids may be held by the Licking County Regional Airport Authority for a period not to exceed 90 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract. The right is reserved, as Licking County Regional Airport Authority may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids received. This project is subject to the requirements of the State of Ohio, Bureau of Wage & Hour Administration. The Contractor is required to comply with wage and labor provisions and to pay minimum wages in accordance with the prevailing wage determination established by the Ohio Department of Commerce.
