Renovation of a water / sewer project in Heath, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of 1/20/26 The start date will be approximately February 1st with an end date around July 1st. All bids must include a Bid Proposal, Bid Guaranty, and Contract Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said Surety. The bid surety shall be payable to the City of Heath, Ohio as a guarantee that if the Bid Proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and its performance properly secured. Bid Proposals accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit will require a subsequent Contract Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Contract. All provisions of the Ohio Revised Code as it relates to bid guarantees, conditions, liabilities, and withdrawal of a Bid Proposal are applicable to this Contract. The Bidder that is awarded the Contract for the Project must supply a statement of any delinquent property taxes with Licking County. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the bid and all persons interested therein and shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person or company interested in the business. the City of Heath, Ohio reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine Bidder responsibility.
