Site work for a water / sewer project in Heath, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received for the Franklin Avenue Drainage Improvements project. Bid documents may be viewed at specified locations and must be purchased through Verdantas LLC. Electronic and hard copy options are available, with all associated costs and payment arrangements required before documents are issued. Only full sets of documents are available. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, properly marked, and delivered to the Heath City Auditor at the municipal building. Required with each bid are a Bid Proposal, Bid Guaranty, and Contract Bond as described in the instructions. Bid security must be from a Surety licensed in Ohio, and bid proposals with checks or letters of credit will require a subsequent Contract Bond for 100% of the contract amount. All relevant Ohio Revised Code provisions apply. The successful bidder must provide a statement of delinquent property taxes with Licking County. Each bid must contain the full name and business address of all parties interested, be signed, and be made on the provided forms with labor and material costs stated separately on a unit cost basis. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days post-opening. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and investigate bidder responsibility.
