The City of Heatm, Ohio is accepting qualifications from Design Professionals to provide design services for the Lees Road Improvements Project. The project is anticipated to include certain roadway and intersection improvements along Lees Road and at the intersection of Lees Road and Thornwood Drive, and associated work. Interested firms may obtain a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from the city's website. Qualifications will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 14, 2025. The Owner anticipates that the construction budget will be $5,000,000.
