As of March 27, 2026, the project was awarded to Breck's Paving,Inc, with an awarded amount of $162,989.25. Bids are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary for the rehabilitation of the East Terminal Apron at Licking County Regional Airport. The work includes, but is not limited to, mill and overlay of the apron east of the terminal. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of either a Bid Bond for the full amount of the bid issued by a surety licensed to do business in Ohio, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid. Bids may be held by the Licking County Regional Airport Authority for up to 90 days for evaluation. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity. Contractors are required to comply with wage and labor provisions and pay minimum wages in accordance with prevailing wage determination by the Ohio Department of Commerce. The award of contract is subject to state and federal provisions including Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion, and Buy American Preferences under the Aviation Safety and Capacity Act of 1990.
