Site work and paving for a road / highway in Heath, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are requested for the 2026 City of Heath Paving Project. Bidders are required to obtain complete sets of bidding documents from Verdantas LLC, either electronically or as hardcopies, with payment arrangements required before documents are issued. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, marked for the project, and addressed to the Heath City Auditor. Each bid must include a Bid Proposal, Bid Guaranty, and Contract Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security furnished in Bond form must be from a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in Ohio. If a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit is used, a subsequent Contract Bond for 100% of the contract amount is required. Bidders awarded the contract must provide a statement of any delinquent property taxes with Licking County. Each bid should include the full name and business address of all interested parties and must be made on the forms provided or their copies, with unit cost prices for labor and materials stated separately. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after opening. The city reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
