Site work and renovation of a civil project in New Denver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Village of New Denver invites tenders for the construction of a pumpstation. A summary of specific work items includes the following (approx. quantities): Construct the proposed 18 sq.m pumpstation, including: Buried pipe spools and connections to adjacent supply and discharge watermains. Foundation preparation and cast-in-place concrete footings and foundation walls and piers. Coordination and preparation for assembly of the owner-supplied and installed insulated precast concrete walls and roof. Interior stainless steel piping, and associated valving. Pumpstation electrical and controls components. Building heating and ventilation. Installation and commissioning of the owner-supplied emergency power generator (the generator supplier will provide commissioning support and associated reporting to the Village). Site works including final grading and site surfacing, and construction of perimeter fencing around the well site.
