The Town of Dennis, acting under the authority of its duly appointed Chief Procurement Officer or said designee, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, is soliciting sealed bids from interested bidders for THE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT, BUILDING DEMOLITION, SEPTIC DISCONTINUANCE AND SITE RESTORATION OF FORMER OUR LADY OF THE ANNUNCIATION CHAPEL 187 UPPER COUNTY ROAD, DENNIS PORT, MASSACHUSETTS Question Deadline 08/28/2024 at 1:00 PM ET Any questions related to the information contained in this bid package shall be directed via email to Michael Lavin, Director of Public Works, at mlavin@town.dennis.ma.us. Bidders must register and download bid packages from the Town of Dennis Procurement Page. Only bidders who have registered with the Town of Dennis Procurement Page will receive notice of addendums. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, M.G.L. c. 149, 44A-44J All bidders shall provide 5% bid deposit with their bids and the successful contractor shall provide the Town with a 100% Payment Bond and 100% Performance Bond at the time of contract execution. The successful contractor shall also provide the Town with Certificates of Insurance listing the Town of Dennis as "Additional Insured". Bids shall be submitted on the prescribed forms contained in the bid package. Bidders must be Certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the Categories of Asbestos Removal and Demolition.
