The City of Portland, Bureau of Fleet & Facilities, Facilities Services division, hereafter called "City" leads the way in planning, developing, and operating sustainable, accessible, and well-maintained public facilities that work well for the bureaus that use them, and the public that we serve. The purpose of this project is to: o Document the current condition of the existing elevators. o Create elevator modernization specifications for the existing elevators. o Document any deficiencies and unsafe conditions that may be a liability to the City of Portland. o Document any recommendations for upgrades and corrections of any deficiencies.
