Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Portland, Oregon. Working plans call for the construction of a 88,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
As of February 16, 2026, construction is anticipated to start late Q1 2026 with a 15-month duration. CM selected. The City's Bureau of Fleet and Facilities is seeking proposals for CM/GC Services to construct a fleet maintenance facility at an existing warehouse site located on Swan Island. The new site will address space constraints, workflow inefficiencies, safety issues, site security issues, geological concerns, and support the City's commitment to transitioning to low-carbon fuel vehicles and equipment to meet the City's net-zero carbon fleet goal by 2050. Renovation of an existing 88,000 SF warehouse on Swan Island into a fleet maintenance facility for the City of Portland. The project will consist of fleet maintenance bays with new and existing vehicle lifts and equipment, renovation of interior office space, and site improvements.
