2024 Sewer & Water Improvements - Phase IV. Est. Value: $ 1,800,000.00. Sanitary sewer collection and water distribution pipeline improvements. Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside the State, as provided in W.S. 16-6-101 through 16-6-119. Wyoming labor shall also be of preference for this this project, as provided in W.S. 16-6-201 through 16-6-206. Out-of-State bidders are hereby given notice that a 5% preference shall be given to Wyoming bidders. The project is funded in whole or in part by State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) pursuant to the American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA).
