Renovation of an educational facility in Shippagan, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Infrastructure replacement - rue du College, project no. 201-24 Each bid must be accompanied by a bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the Municipality of Shippagan. The name of the bidder as well as the name of the project must be clearly indicated on the envelope. The digital submission documents will be given to contractors upon payment of $100.00, non-refundable, by contacting Roy Consultants by email at the following addresses; melanie.hebert@royconsultants.ca, or gaetane.richardson@royconsultants.ca. Neither the lowest nor any bid will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount planned for this project, the municipality could cancel this call for tenders. The awarding of the contract is conditional on obtaining financing for this project.
