The work includes the construction of infrastructure for a new street at Habitat du Havre II in Shippagan, New Brunswick. This includes all labour, products (materials, machinery, equipment and appliances), construction materials and services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents. The instructions for bidders are as follows: - Complete and submit the relevant section of the bid form with a list of three similar projects already completed, including the qualifications and experience of the proposed construction superintendent, as well as a list of proposed subcontractors and the portions of the work that will be assigned to them. - The tender is irrevocable for thirty days from the date of opening of tenders. If the tender is accepted during this period, the tenderer undertakes to enter into an agreement to carry out the required works. - Refer to the dedicated section for the terms and conditions for signing and affixing the seal. - It is understood that the bidder is responsible for the competence, solvency and content of the bids of the proposed subcontractors and that it has informed them of the obligations to be met. - The portions of the work not assigned to subcontractors must be carried out by the bidder itself.
