Site work and paving for a civil project in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Middleton and Linden Roundabout Project (MLR). Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash in the Amount of 5% of the Amount of the Bid Proposal. Said Bid Security Shall Be Forfeited to the Highway District No. 4 as Liquidated Damages Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into Contract in Accordance With Their Proposal as Specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Construct a multi-lane roundabout at the intersection of Middleton Rd and Linden Rd in Caldwell, Idaho, including relocation of the Caldwell Highline Canal, 188 Lf precast 6' x 12' box culvert, roadway, irrigation, drainage, and miscellaneous other improvements. It is the Intent of These Documents to Describe the Work Required to Complete This Project in Sufficient Detail to Secure Comparable Bids. All Parts or Work Not Specifically Mentioned Which Are Necessary in Order to Provide a Complete Installation Shall Be Included in the Bid and Shall Conform to All Local, State and Federal Requirements. Highway District No. 4 Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, Waive Any Nonmaterial Irregularities in the Bids Received, and to Accept the Proposal Deemed Most Advantageous and in the Best Interest of Highway District No.
