Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The project generally includes the removal, inspection, rehabilitation and/or replacement of pumping equipment at one (1) potable water groundwater well facility and six (6) irrigation pump stations, ancillary equipment improvements at one (1) additional irrigation pump station, and electrical equipment upgrades at two (2) additional irrigation pump stations as described in the Contract Documents. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Pump Maintenance & Electrical Upgrades FY25 The Project has an expected duration as listed in Document 00520 (Agreement) Article 4. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Nampa as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Nampa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Nampa.
