Renovation of a medical facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The Project includes (but is not limited to) full renovations of the existing Support Facilities Building Level 4 Perioperative department, with 4 renovated ORs in the Support Facilities Building, to supplement the 6 new ORs in the Design-Build-Finance Phase 1 project. The Project also includes renovations to add 4 minor procedure rooms, 42 preparation and recovery bays, additional support spaces, and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems.
