Renovation of a detention facility in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to replace an 8-ton HVAC unit with a 5-ton and 3-ton unit to provide air conditioning and heat required in the upper programs area of the building. The replacement must include all applicable ducting, venting and electrical work. The existing unit has reached the end of its life cycle and is not repairable. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within twelve (12) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
