The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide: Deslicking grit for Region 1 (northern Utah). Materials will be picked up by UDOT. This contract will result in one contract award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. This contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder on a per ton price. Note: UDOT reserves the right to determine best cost value for the State based on pickup location. It is the intent that material will be picked up from the Brigham City Maintenance Station located at 1325 E HWY 90 Brigham City. The contract resulting from this IFB will be for FIVE (5) years.
