Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Niles, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Bridge rehabilitation including epoxy overlay, pin and hanger replacement, joint replacement, zone painting, pressure relief joints, silane treatment, substructure horizontal sealer and approach replacement on Buchanan Road over US-31, Berrien County. This project includes a 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranty and a 5 year performance warranty on epoxy overlay. As of June 23, 2025, this project is awaiting construction. An architect has been selected, and a general contractor has been chosen. Construction is expected to begin in third quarter 2025.
