Renovation of a municipal facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities, (Cuyahoga DD), is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced companies to provide and install solar panels at our Michael A. Donzella Building, also referred to as Lakeside. The Cuyahoga County Board Developmental Disabilities reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal or any part or all parts of any proposal submitted and waive all technicalities. Design solar panel system 2. Provide all solar panels and any related materials needed 3. Install all solar panels 4. Wire and install all inverters or other items needed for full operation of solar panel system 5. Provide all rebates available for clean energy 6. Provide all warranties of product and service 7. Provide payment terms 8. Provide a full schedule from start to completion 9. Provide instruction on how to use and maintain the system for day-to-day operation 10. Handle all aspects of the project from design to final turn over 11. Any permits needed
